Since 1991, Building Visions, Inc. has provided superior custom built homes in some of Westmoreland County, PA’s most attractive home developments and communities, as well as constructing new homes on individually owned lots.  

Scott J. Mains, President of Building Visions, has more than 25 years experience supplying custom built homes, including personal oversight of more than 150 specialty homes.  

“Custom built homes are created to fit the lifestyle of the individual customer, and at Building Visions, “customer satisfaction,” is at the top of our priority list.  Customers may provide their own floor plans or they may choose from one of the many dynamic floor plans available at the offices of Building Visions.  A wide variety of options, from brick, siding and window packages, to tile and carpeting and lighting fixtures are available to satisfy each customer’s unique selections.”

Scott is a member of the Westmoreland Professional Builders Association, where he serves as a member of the “Board of Directors” and has received their coveted “Builder of the Year Award.”  

Scott is also a past President of the Homebuilders Association of Westmoreland County with several awards to his credit, including twice winning the “Single Family Custom Home of the Year” award and the Homebuilders Association’s “Builder of the Year” award.
